Sylvia is offering her signature RETREAT programme

for the first time in FEBRUARY / APRIL 2026, in Matakana by the sea.

In New Zealand, she will offer it as two 4-day retreats, FEBRUARY 11 - 14 and APRIL 23 - 26

The six-day programme is offered as a full six-day immersion in BALI, JUNE 2026.

The Retreat offers time-out in sacred space to drop deeply into your essence and explore what is waiting to unfold.

The six-day journey is a distillation of Sylvia’s work over thirty-five years and her enquiry into sound, voice, self and spiritual homecoming.

It delivers a package of delight and deep discovery: rich community, tuning to nature and opening to your embodied gifts of self-expression through your voice, sound, word and the powerful rhythms of breath, bodywork, dance and stillness.

For those of you who have experienced Four Elements Voice work over the last 30 years or who are just meeting it now, this Retreat offers space to explore and awaken your Brilliance, anchor your Soul Purpose and have some good Fun!

I know voice work can be a little scary, and for many, Energy Clearing work is new as well. You are not alone in feeling this way. Feeling the fear and doing it anyway is good advice when it comes to voice work! And facing the shadow self. Showing up as our full selves does take courage, but I can guarantee there is a lot of release, relief, laughter and expansion to be enjoyed on this journey.

I live in Warkworth, 45 minutes north of Auckland, so you're welcome to come to my country studio for a session or work with me online.
